Policy

The daily fee for every self-catering apartment includes VAT, Wi-Fi, DTT decoder, hair-drier, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 small towel per person and 1 foot towel per apartment) bed sheets and air conditioning (if present). The mandatory fee to be paid on site for final cleaning and for any cleaning or bed and bath linen change required is 15 euros per apartment. Kitchen and kitchen tools must be left clean before departure and rubbish removed. If not, 100 Euro will be deduced for a professional extra cleaning. Small pets are welcome with a supplement of 7 euro a day per pet. Check-in is between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. Check-out is between 8 A.M. and 10 A.M. For arrivals at different times, an advance notice is required to arrange the keys’ delivery. We also require a damage deposit of 150 Euro in cash or by credit card. This deposit will be refunded after the check-out inspection has been completed. In case of early departure or departure outside the reception opening hours, we will refund the cash deposit by a bank transfer after the inspection of the apartment deducting the commission charges.

Cancellation Policy

From October 1st, 2017 to June 15th, 2018 and from September 15th, 2018 to December 31st, 2018 no penalty will be applied for cancellations up to 5 days before arrival. Outside these periods, later cancellation or no-shows will be charged with the first night. Please note that no change or cancellation are possible after the date of your arrival. From June 16th, 2018 to September 14th, 2018 no penalty will be applied for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Outside these periods, any changes or cancellation will be charged with 50% of the total booking amount. Please note that no change or cancellation are possible after the date of your arrival.
